The goal of this article is a simple breakdown of the ICO. You can find all of the information written about here on Traxia website. This is not investment advice or an endorsement of the company. Always do you own research.




You can contribute to the ICO with ADA or ETH.
Base price is pegged to the value of $0.15 USD.
The Traxia ICO will include four rounds of presale totaling to 60% of the total supply for sale.

Round One:

The first round ends March 18th and offers a 40% discount. The minimum contribution is 10 ETH and max contribution is 1000 ETH. Total tokens for sale in this period is 220,000,000.

Round Two:

The second round ends on April 9th and offers a 20% discount. The minimum contribution is .1 ETH. The total tokens for sale in this period is 180,000,000.

Round Three:

The third round ends May 9th and offers a discount of 10%. Total tokens for sale in this period is 180,000,000.

Round Four:

The fourth round ends June 2nd and will not offer any discount. Total tokens for sale in this period is 180,000,000.

Total:

Total hard cap = $41.4 million worth of TMT sold. There is no softcap.
The token sale accounts for 60% of the total supply of TMT. Of the remaining tokens, 20% will go to the team, 5% will go to advisors, 5% will go towards the bounty campaign, and 10% will go towards the treasury.
There highest possible number of circulating tokens is 1 billion TMT. But all unsold tokens will be burned and the token distribution to team, bounty, advisers, and treasury will be adjusted off total TMT sold..
Tokens will be distributed at the close of the crowd sale, either when hard cap is reached or by June 2 at the latest.
Team member, early investors, advisers and strategic partners will have 60% of their tokens locked for 12 months and the remaining 40% locked for 24 months. The treasury fund will also be locked for two years.

Use of Proceeds:

33% will go towards business development and sales
20% will go towards smart contract development
10% will towards legal and compliance
10% will go towards the liquidity buffer
64% will go towards the loan warehouse
